What your MOT covers

Tyres, road wheels & driver safety
Tyres and wheels must be the correct type, size and condition. Seat belts, mirrors, washers, wipers and the driver’s view of the road are also checked.
Why do I need an MOT?
In the UK, vehicles over three years old must undergo an annual MOT test to confirm they meet road safety and environmental standards.
